Lily is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and currently working as an internal coach at the University of British Columbia (UBC), where she partner with individuals and groups to explore, discover, and design paths towards success.
Lily is a dedicated adult educator with 15 years’ experience in program management and curriculum development for both domestic and international clients, and continues to serve as an inclusive and encouraging leader.
Lily is a life-long learner and completed the certificate in Intercultural Studies and Certificate in Organizational Coaching at UBC. She holds a Master’s degree in Adult Education from UBC and a master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology.
As a coach, with her diverse experience in leadership, adult education, intercultural communication, as well as her learning in navigating through parenthood, Lily is committed to offer a trusting and caring space for clients to explore with openness on matters that are important to them, whether for work, home, or anything in between.
