Some transitions change what you do. The best ones change how you show up.
The path doesn’t always come with a map. That’s where we begin. I work with leaders and teams navigating meaningful transitions – helping you build the clarity, confidence, and self-trust to lead from the inside out.
The most meaningful changes don't come from changing your situation. They come from changing your relationship with it.
In Their Own Words
I always look back at the moment I decided to start the coaching journey with Lily and felt so glad that I went for it. For the past year, I had the pleasure of having Lily as my coach. Lily had helped me explore my learning and professional development with sincerity, care and mindfulness. She always listens carefully, observes without bias, and asks important questions to dig into the very essence of what I was trying to accomplish. When I was worried or upset, Lily is genuine, concerned and makes me feel that I am not alone. Lily helped me make so much progress and I am very grateful for that. I will recommend Lily without any hesitation!” — Nellie Yue, Faculty Liaison at UBC, Sauder School of Business
“Lily was a fantastic coach for me. She was very empowering, supportive, and encouraging as a coach. She helped me frame each session with goals and action items which allowed coaching to be a very powerful and impactful experience. She is also a great listener and always remembered the details I told her, which I appreciated. Through participating in coaching with Lily, I was able to make important career direction decisions and feel confident in these decisions.” – Katarina Smith, Assistant Manager, School Programs at UBC
Lily is an amazing Coach. I am confident that clients will find their sessions to be uplifting and beneficial in the pursuit of their goals and objectives. She is highly engaging and intuitive, a great listener and I can personally attest to her superior problem-solving aptitude.” — Doug Semple, Career Development Coach

You’re doubting yourself
You’re capable and experienced — but impostor syndrome has been a quiet companion for a long time. No matter what you achieve, the self-doubt follows. You’re ready to stop letting it drive, and start leading from a place of genuine self-trust. - Leading people is harder than you expected You’re good at your job — but managing people is a different game entirely. The team dynamics, the difficult conversations, the moments where you’re not sure how to show up. You want to lead with more confidence and intention — and learn how to have coaching conversations that bring out the best in your team.

You’re in the middle of a transition
A new role, a new chapter, a shift in what matters to you. Whether it’s a career move, a change in your organization, or a personal milestone like becoming a parent or stepping into retirement — change is happening, and you want to navigate it with intention rather than just survive it. -
Something feels incomplete
You’re not in crisis — you’re succeeding by most measures. But there’s a gap between where you are and who you want to be. You want to live and lead with more depth, more authenticity, more alignment between who you are on the inside and how you show up in the world.
If any of this sounds familiar — let’s talk.
My Coaching Journey -我的教练之旅
Why Work With Me
You'll feel safe from the get-go
Clients often tell me that they felt at ease from our very first conversation – and that they found themselves saying things out loud they had never said before. That safety isn’t accidental. It’s the foundation everything else is built on.
Three careers. One through line.
From technology consultant in Beijing, to program leader at UBC, to coach — I’ve navigated transitions, built new skills from scratch, and figured out who I am across very different worlds. That lived experience shapes how I show up with you — with genuine curiosity, deep empathy, and the knowing that change, however uncertain, can lead somewhere meaningful.
Individual coaching.
Team coaching. Systemic change.
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Advanced Certified Team Coach (ACTC) with the International Coaching Federation, I work at every level — with individuals, groups, and teams. Change starts with one person. It doesn’t stop there.
Fluent in more than language
I’ve built my life and career across two countries, two languages, and three industries — and that journey shapes everything about how I coach. I bring a genuine cross-cultural perspective to every relationship, and I understand what it means to navigate different worlds and find your footing in all of them.
What Shifts When We Work Together
You trust yourself The self-doubt gets quieter. You stop second-guessing every decision and start leading from a place of genuine confidence — not because everything is certain, but because you trust yourself to handle what comes.
You lead from the inside out You stop reacting and start choosing. How you respond, how you show up, how you move through change — it all becomes more intentional. The outside world doesn’t change overnight, but your relationship with it does.
You learn the power of questions You discover that you don’t need to have all the answers. Asking the right questions, truly listening, holding space for others — these become your greatest strengths. Your relationships deepen. The people around you open up. Trust grows.
You move through change with clarity Transitions feel less like threats and more like possibilities. You navigate them with purpose rather than just getting through them — and you come out the other side knowing yourself better than before.
